I strongly believe in "Humanity over Vanity" which means I will not perform any grooming tasks that I feel would harm your pet. An example of this may be brushing out an extremely matted dog. I will take your wishes under consideration however there are times when the only option is shave your pet. If I do not feel comfortable with something you have requested to be done on your pet it will be discussed with you at the time of your appointment.
